![]() ![]() Now I am using Playspace Mover (without the fake trackers as they don't seem to work in WMR either). I have been looking for a way to do this 'feet lock' animation for quite some time and have unfortunately gotten no leads. However, I have seen other avatars lock the feet in different rotations and positions, making for some really good lay down animations. Your avatar will be attached or 'pinned' to your HMD. So with the animator locomotion control behavior you can lock your feet to the ground. I cant seem to figure out why my avatar after setting up VRIK (with Final IK) wont move out of a fixed point and the avatar keeps spinning when I move outside of of the center area with my headset. But as soon as I do, my movement controls freeze up. Make sure your playspace is calibrated properly and isnt offset by tools like OpenVR Advanced Settings or Playspace Mover. I've tried restarting my computer multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing. At the end of it, you can enable flying mode as a reward for completing the course. Describe the bug I'm trying to get onto VRChat to hang out with some friends, but the playspace mover or even manual offset inputs are not working. What I'm talking about is the end of that one Udon world where you can attach something to your hand and jump on platforms. Now I'm not talking a flying avatar here- that's not the problem. I just want to know that I'm not alone in looking for answers to this. My last option is wiping out my whole pc getting rid of all the files for steam VR so it can reboot its self. I've tried reinstalling Playspace mover, OVR Advanced settings, and 00vrinputemulator multiple times and nothing. My steam VR version is 1.14.16 and I can't get it updating 1.15.2 either. If your avatar doesnt break free after the graphics are refreshed, then just repeat the last two steps. I can't seem to get my playspace mover working. ![]() Press ' O ' (options) Click ' Graphics ' tab at left-hand side. If I am stuck in the ground a bit after calibration the toes would bend up. Press ' R ' (auto-run) to automatically run. Like, could it be that I use the thumbpads for movement? I dunno. The only thing that sometimes happens as a result of that is that I might have to playspace up/down ever so slightly this issue might not be an issue for most but I do use a floor collider and phys bones for my toes to make a more realistic walking impression. So either there's a major incompatibility issue, or something I haven't set up yet. Soon as I try, I'm unable to move (at all). but I cannot and it annoys the fuck out of me. Oh yeah I remember, I'm in a slightly shorter avatar than my friends in our friend group so I tend. I use OVR advanced settings that you can download through steam. Before, your view would go up, but your body would stay on the ground. It's like everyone with a different headset (Oculus/Vive) is able to fly. The new thing added with the update is now your whole body can move up when you move your play space upwards. I just wanna know if this is a side-affect of having WMR, or if there's a slim way to maybe set up an extra set of controls in SteamVR's controller bindings just for flying/noclipping. I've had this with all WMR headsets I've ever owned. ![]()
